The firm

RH Capital Partners is an independent advisory firm dedicated to transactions in Côte d’Ivoire. We advise international and Ivorian companies, investors and shareholders on acquisitions, carve-outs and joint ventures, and run the full transaction process from preparation to completion.

The firm was founded by two partners with backgrounds in buy-side investment and in corporate law and M&A, and with long-standing personal and professional ties to Côte d’Ivoire. Each mandate is led by the partners from the first meeting to completion.
